Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be granted if:

* You received a defective or damaged product.
* You received the wrong item.
* Your order was lost during shipping.
* Your return meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, intentionally damaged, or returned outside the eligible return period.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be arranged through an alternative payment method agreed upon with our customer support.
